Breathing space

Find a peaceful place to relax your mind, body, and spirit with breathing exercises and meditation tailored just for you.

I’ll help you to find the practices that best suit you to calm your mind and quiet your thoughts whenever life feels overwhelming.

Wellness coaching

Depending on what you choose, wellness coaching includes individualised 1:1 wellness coaching, development of a personal plan with specific goals, monitoring of your progress against your plan, and guidance and support between sessions.

Individual sessions range from 30 minutes ($50) to 1 hour ($70).

A three month wellness coaching packages* includes:

  • Four (4) x one hour 1:1 coaching sessions

  • Development of a personal wellness plan with specific goals tailored to your needs

  • Follow up text support between sessions

  • Three (3) x 30 minutes 1:1 maintenance sessions to monitor your progress and support you on cultivating your sustainable self-care practices.

I offer the following appointments

Breathing space

Individual sessions:

  • Initial one hour session exploring your preferences to create a breathing space unique to you ($60).

  • 45 minute 1:1 session (post initial one hour session)($40).

A six week breathing space package* includes:

  • One (1) x one hour 1:1 session

  • Three (3) x 45 minute 1:1 breathing space sessions to support you to practice and cultivate your mindfulness practices.

  • Two (2) x 30 minute 1:1 breathing space sessions to solidify your mindfulness practices into your daily routine.

*packages can be tailored to suit your needs and timeframe.

Wellness coaching & breathing space package
