Path to Zen offers practical, supportive guidance to help you build a meditation practice and develop self-care habits that truly fit your lifestyle.
Whether you are new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, I provide personalised sessions tailored to your needs, goals, and current life circumstances. Together, we’ll explore techniques such as breath awareness, body scanning, guided visualisation, and simple mindfulness practices that you can confidently use on your own.
You can choose from:
One-to-one personalised sessions for focused, individual support
Small group sessions for shared learning and connection
Online sessions for flexibility and convenience
Face-to-face sessions for a more grounded, in-person experience
Or a blended approach, combining online and in-person support
Alongside meditation guidance, we’ll work on building sustainable self-care habits that nurture your mind, body, and emotional wellbeing. The aim is to help you create realistic, lasting routines that bring more calm, clarity, and balance into your daily life.
Each session is delivered with compassion, encouragement, and practical tools you can carry forward long after we finish working together.

I offer the following…
Individual sessions:
Initial one hour session exploring your preferences to create a breathing space unique to you ($80).
45 minute 1:1 session (post initial one hour session)($65).
A six week package* includes:
One (1) x one hour 1:1 session
Three (3) x 45 minute 1:1 breathing space sessions to support you to practice and cultivate your mindfulness practices.
Two (2) x 30 minute 1:1 breathing space sessions to solidify your mindfulness practices into your daily routine.
With email/text support between sessions and access to subscriber only meditation recordings

Group sessions:
One hour online Introductory workshop: meditation made simple - one breath at a time (currently complimentary (check events)…will be $45 later in 2026)
In person 90 minute meditation experiences: Breathing into calm ($65) (coming soon)
