Who I am
I am a certified holistic wellness coach and meditation facilitator.
My journey started with a strong desire to grow and improve how I handled the busy challenges of being a working mum, partner, caring for aging parents, keeping up with friends, and staying healthy. Something always had to be sacrificed, usually my self-care, which hurt my wellbeing and ability to cope with life’s ups and downs.
This made me curious about how the mind and body connect. That curiosity grew into a passion, improving my wellbeing and giving me self-care habits that keep making me stronger.
I understand the pressures of modern life - juggling work, family and friendships. My passion is underpinned with a solid background in science, a professional career that spans over 30 years, the last 10 years working in health policy.
Using my own wellness experience, education, traditional wisdom, and science, I’m here to help you find your Path to Zen and build self-care habits that truly fit your journey and goals.
